Now, the breakfast was mostly cold items with only a few options like ham and cheese, and there were complaints about the limited variety. Noise levels were a problem too, as some guests felt disturbances from other rooms and outside activities made it hard to catch some quality Z's. Not to mention, the place definitely looked outdated and in need of a refresh, which could put off anyone expecting a more modern experience. The lack of a lift made hauling luggage up the stairs a pain, especially for those on higher floors, and some rooms had issues with cleanliness, like annoying flies. All in all, it feels like the hotel is riding on its location without delivering much on comfort or amenities.
